Immigration Law

Our experience in Immigration Law is vast and includes:

Citizenship Applications, Temporary Foreign Worker Applications, Live-In Caregiver Applications, Visitor Visa Applications, Invitation Letters, Work Permit Extension Applications, Permanent Residency Applications, Family Sponsorship Applications, Applications for Permission to enter the United States as a Nonimmigrant and more.

The amount of paperwork involved in all Immigration Applications is overwhelming and in many instances can be quite confusing.

Getting through to Citizenship and Immigration Canada can also be difficult, time consuming and not much assistance in the end.  In addition the law is constantly changing in the area of Immigration, and the procedure you may have followed to sponsor someone the first time could be completely different now for example.

In the majority of applications, once filed the fees are non-refundable and if you make an slightest error  the entire Application is rejected and you have to start over.  In addition to the money lost, think about the many month wasted.

If you are an employer looking to hire a temporary foreign worker, an employee with work permit issues, a citizen who wants to bring a family member to Canada either temporarily or permanently, or your situation is totally different, please contact us to help.

We can be involved as little or as much as you require. If you have completed all of the documentation for your application and need us to review it prior to filing, that’s no problem.  If you don’t know where to start, have questions and need some guidance, we can help.  Or you can appoint Diana as a Representative and she can handle the file from beginning to end on your behalf.

Diana Metlege has worked with clients of all nationalities and is well versed in all areas of Immigration.

Much of her pro-bono work involves assisting temporary foreign workers with various types of applications.
