Diana Metlege is a Nova Scotia Real Estate Lawyer located in Halifax Nova Scotia.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Mathematics in 1999. Diana graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2002.
After taking a few months off following the birth of her second child, Diana commenced her articling. She became a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers Society in 2004 and a Notary Public for the Province of Nova Scotia the same year.
The majority of Diana’s practice is in real estate law. This expands from simple residential refinances to construction financing of multi-unit apartment buildings, to condominium registrations and commercial property purchases.
As well as working in Real Property, Diana’s practice extends to Corporate and Commercial Law, such as incorporations, purchase and sales of businesses, share purchases, etc.
Wills & Estates, Family Law and Immigration are also other areas of law in which Diana offers service.
Diana is fluent in English and Arabic, and is also able to provide service in French.
Diana left the downtown core in 2010 and moved her office to its present location in Rockingham/Bedford.
